Jeff Sanderson

Founder/Principal Consultant
Jeff began his career in the industry in 1986 as a fulltime Installation Technician; working his way up to Project Manager before becoming a Project Designer in 1994. He also spent a year as a Manufacturer Representative for the Northwest Territory serving Washington State, Oregon, and Idaho. In July of 2000, Jeff used the experience and perspective he has gained and began Onpoint Designs. Over the past six years, as Onpoint's reputation and consequently, project clientele has grown, Jeff has met the need by adding people who are uniquely qualified and diverse in their areas of expertise.

Joe Norwood

Systems Designer
Joe grew up interested in the how & why things work becoming a licensed aircraft mechanic before moving into the field of audio/mixing/drama & concert production. Acquiring most of his knowledge and experience as a volunteer in his home church, Joe brings an easy-going, we-can-get-this-figured-out kind of attitude to every project.
